Link's creator, Shigeru Miyamoto, stated that his concept with the Legend of Zelda was dependant on his childhood memories as well as books and movies that he and video clip game designer Takashi Tezuka experienced relished, notably J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord on the Rings. Miyamoto wanted individuals to have the opportunity to be heroes and develo
